An agreement is only concluded by completely going through the sales procedure of the order, because of this you automatically agree to these general terms and conditions.
The margin scheme applies to all goods, unless otherwise specified.
The prices do not include shipping costs.

Shipping and returns

Delivery of the goods will take place as soon as possible after receipt of payment.
Orders are shipped when the payment is credited to the account of TSC Parts.
The consumer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The consumer is liable for proper packaging of the return shipment.
If the return shipment arrives damaged as a result of negligence on the part of the consumer, TSC Parts is entitled to charge the depreciation of the product.
If a return shipment does not arrive, TSC Parts is not responsible for the loss of the package.
TSC Parts will refund the purchase amount after receipt of the return of the goods.

Guarantee

All products are guaranteed for 1 month from receipt of the product.
The following cases of damage are not covered by the warranty:
– Damage due to use of the item for which it is not intended.
– Defects arise due to the adjustment of the article by the customer or third parties.

TSC Parts is not liable for any form of consequential damage, allegedly caused by use, improper use or defects to the parts in any way.
TSC Parts determines whether the warranty is applicable and the method of repair.
